Will You Build Trust or Will You Betray?

I took some time out early this morning and watched Brene Brown’s The Anatomy of Trust, one of Oprah’s Supersoul Sessions.  It was very moving: Dr. Brown’s research, wisdom and perspectives on trust explain how we build trust and how we destroy it.

“Trust is built in the smallest of moments.”, says renowned researcher Brown, author of Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead.  In any given moment, we have the opportunity to build trust or to betray.  And the decision of which path we take, happens in nanoseconds.
